For security, fraud prevention, monitoring, analytics, technical diagnostics, and protection of company systems and client records, Reside Global may collect limited technical access logs when our website, client tracker, forms, portals, or digital services are used. These logs may include IP address where available, browser and device information, operating system, timestamps, submitted tracking identifiers, page access activity, and related technical request information.
Technical access logs are used strictly for internal monitoring, security review, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, service reliability, and protection of client records. Reside Global does not sell tracking log data. Access to these logs is restricted to authorized personnel only and handled in accordance with applicable UAE privacy and security practices.
We retain client data for up to 5 years after the completion of services to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. Clients in the European Union are also protected under GDPR provisions where applicable.

Please be informed that our Processing Department will be closed from 25 May to 31 May 2026 due to the Eid holiday period, as announced by the UAE Government.
Operations will resume on 1 June 2026.
During the closure period, all application updates, processing concerns, and pending cases will be addressed once work resumes.
We kindly request clients to coordinate with us via WhatsApp before the holiday period for any urgent matters.
Our Client Services Department will remain OPEN during the holiday period and will continue to assist with general inquiries. However, application status updates are handled exclusively by the Processing Department, and replies will resume after 1 June 2026.

At Reside Global Immigration Services, we are committed to maintaining transparency, professionalism, and ethical business practices in all our immigration and consultancy services. Clients are advised to carefully read and understand this Refund Policy before engaging our services.
All professional fees paid to Reside Global Immigration Services are charged for consultation, assessment, documentation assistance, application preparation, advisory services, administrative work, and case processing support. These fees are separate from government fees, embassy fees, biometrics fees, medical fees, courier charges, translation charges, third-party service fees, or any other external costs.
The following payments are strictly non-refundable once processing has commenced:
A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Any approved refund shall only apply to the unused portion of the professional service fee and shall not include any third-party or government-related payments.
No refund shall be issued under the following circumstances:
Reside Global Immigration Services does not guarantee visa approval, residency approval, work permits, citizenship, or employment opportunities, as final decisions are solely made by immigration authorities and employers.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through email to accounts@resideglobal.ae and info@resideglobal.ae.

Refund requests will be reviewed by management and accounts department within 14 to 30 working days.
Approved refunds will only be processed through the original payment method used by the client whenever possible. Bank charges, transfer fees, exchange rate differences, and administrative charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Clients are advised to contact Reside Global Immigration Services directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank. Initiating false chargebacks after services have been rendered may result in legal action and recovery proceedings.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents and information submitted are genuine, accurate, and complete. The company shall not be held liable for any refusal, delay, ban, or negative outcome resulting from false documentation, misrepresentation, criminal records, medical inadmissibility, or failure to comply with immigration requirements.
Reside Global Immigration Services reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice in order to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.
To know more about the applicable refund terms and conditions, clients are advised to carefully review and rely on the signed Contract of Engagement, Reservation Agreement, Service Agreement, or any official agreement issued by Reside Global Immigration Services.
Please note that certain information published on the website may not always be immediately updated. In the event of any discrepancy, the signed agreement between the client and Reside Global Immigration Services shall prevail and serve as the final reference regarding refunds, payment terms, services, and obligations.
By engaging the services of Reside Global Immigration Services and making payment to the company, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Effective May 25, 2026 onwards, existing clients may enjoy referral rewards by introducing new clients to our services.
The Referral Promotion Program allows existing clients to earn rewards by referring individuals who are interested in availing the professional services of Reside Global Immigration Services.
A referral will be considered valid once the referred client:
